Emma Avery-Carter has been the chairman since August 2021, she dedicates his time to growing the club. Recruiting the right kind of players is fundamental to take the club to the next level. Ensuring everyone pays their way is the key to success, this is vital for any team to go from strength to strength. New kit, new players and new equipment make Academy FC the place to be.
Kyle Jenkins was the original secretary when the club was formed in 2018 and after Gary Avery-Carter became chairman in 2019 his first act was to reinstate Kyle as club secretary. Kyle handles all communication with Bournemouth FA, opponents, registering of players and calling in the scores. He also plays a big part in the other football sessions that are on offer, Kyle will be completing his FA level one.
Jordan Carter has been the club treasurer since August 2021, looking after the money is what keeps clubs afloat, we use Quickbooks to keep clear and accurate financial records.
Carlo Covello joined us for the 21/22 season and has taken up the position on the committee to help with the running of the club. Carlo has a a lot of knowledge in football and has been around football long enough to know Academy FC Dorset is the best run club in Dorset. He had the oppertunity to go back to J P Morgan but he knows the Grass is greener over here.

Craig Inglis The man befind the commentry is stepping up to become manager of Academy FC Dorset II, Academy will be entering a reserves team into the Hayward Sunday League and Craig will be at the helm, whislt completing his FA level 1 badge as well.
Rhys Roberts is going to be player and assistant manager for Academy FC Dorset II, he has scored some important goals for the 1st team and is keen to ensure the reserves plays with the same intensity and ternacity as the first team. Rhys will also be working towards getting his FA level 1 badge.
Carlo Covello some just say he likes being out in the fresh air, Carlo is the calm head Academy need on the pitch, part of running a team is attention to detail and this is in the form of punctuality, dedication and commitment.
Billy Bailey is the vice captain any injury plagued season this year has hampended his playing time but when he is in the pitch he always delivers, most of the time.
Andrew Dao is going to Captain Academy FC Dorsets II for the 2022/23 season, a popular and dependable character is exacty what a new team needs, A successfull first season with Academy and I am sure there will be more success.
Paul Speller is an Ex Academy FC Dorset player , Paul has valuable experiance in running teams for many years on Sundays, due to work commitments Paul can't always be at games but he always wathches the videos and has an input on how the club is run. He is lways eger to play in the training or charity games as well.
